The Master-piece Mid Wall has many special features.
Disguised as the two top drawers, there's actually a large cedar-backed compartment. The adjustable shelf allows you to decide how you want to use the space. The door features a self-closing hinge. There's also 2 lights with individual dimmer switches, so one partner can read while the other sleeps.
Secret compartments
Of course, it wouldn't be Furniture Traditions if there weren't secret compartments. There are 2 in the headboard. One compartment has an electrical & phone outlet, which helps to hide all the messy electrical wires. In the light bridge, the lift-top helps conceal a velvet-lined compartment that's perfect for hiding away your personal articles.
Add more storage under the bed

Its 6 giant drawers, mounted on full extension ball-bearing glides, provide you with more storage space than our 10-drawer dresser. That's a lot of storage, especially as that space under the mattress is usually just wasted space. The drawer pedestal also saves you money, since you won't need to buy a box spring.
